Meet Dave Worsley
Dave Worsley is the Director and founder of Beaumont Air Conditioning Solutions. He's the head honcho and chief of technical problem-solving. With almost 30 years in the industry, there's virtually nothing in the way of air conditioning that Dave hasn't fixed, serviced, or installed. Over those years, he has developed a loyal client base who trusts him for his experience and his ethics.
Dave will never tell you that you need to do something you don't need to do. If there's a simple, cost-effective fix to your problem, then that's precisely what he'll provide. And because of his vast experience, Dave can often see solutions to problems that other people just can't. He is honest to a fault and has drilled those same values into all who work for him.
Dave expects all his staff to develop the same level of technical competence that he has. As a natural leader, he works with all his team to ensure that they are taught how to do things properly, not take short cuts, and put the client first.

Meet Luke Earl
Luke Earl is our Technical Manager. With 14 years of industry knowledge and experience, he's no slouch when it comes to fixing, servicing, and installing air conditioning.
Luke has developed his skills, first as an apprentice and then as a tradesman, and has proven to be outstanding at his job.
He is highly motivated, determined and results-oriented. He is unwavering in his commitment to making sure that clients are satisfied with the job done.
But further than this, Luke has a great deal of initiative. If he sees a better way to do things, he'll raise them with the client. He is wholly dedicated to the continuous improvement of business processes.

Meet Suzanne Worsley
Suzanne Worsley is the Operations Manager of the business. She is the backbone of Beaumont Air Conditioning Solutions, and the boys will freely admit that they could not get through the week without her.
Handling everything from booking and scheduling jobs, administration, marketing, compliance issues, managing the budget and accounts, Suzanne really is a Jill of all trades.
Her background and qualifications make her eminently equipped to handle the demanding role. Suzanne has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. She also spent 15 years in the insurance industry, specialising in Workers Compensation, WHS, Human Resource Management and Communications.
Having also worked extensively in retail, Suzanne's customer service skills are exceptional. You'll likely deal with Suzanne when you hire Beaumont Air Conditioning Solutions, and when you do, you'll understand what a true pleasure it is to deal with such a warm and knowledgeable person.
Like Dave and Luke, Suzanne lives and breathes the business and is central to the business's success. However, when not buried in work, Suzanne loves training at her local gym.
